He was trying to eat Fungus Fizzlebop, the sentient mushroom, when the party intervened and gave him rations in exchange for the mushroom’s freedom and some information
He told them of the plight of the goblins being kidnapped and attacked by Skabatha’s toy soldiers in their home of Terracetown, since then many of the goblins have given into working for Skabatha selling candy outside of Loomlurch
He told them to find Chucklehead and mention him and then he will treat them well
