The party started in the spiral staircase room inside of Loomlurch
Melina just opened one of the miniature houses and attacked a tin soldier within
There are 10 houses, 4 are empty and had their doors open when the party arrived
All the non-empty houses opened and tin soldier emerged ready to attack
After an involved battle, they managed to dispatch all the tin soliders
The party is a room with a staircase following the outer wall with a door to the room they came in from, there is a room opposite, and a room partway up the stairwell
The drow child commented on the amount of noise they made during combat saying they would attract Skabatha
Amrynn addressed the kids and asked where the other kids are to help free them, a few of the kids are working in the sewing room, and a few other are in the textile mill, Brotts got sick (from eating a mushroom) and is with Pud in the dorm at the top of the stairs, Mischa is in the kitchen chained up because she tried to escape
The sewing room is on the landing partway up the stairs, there are mean toys that watch over the kids according to the kids from the workshop
They went to the sewing room on the stairs first
A young halfling and bugbear are being watched over by an animated toy with buttons for eyes and a magic carpet guarding
Barnabus tried to convince the doll that they were here to inspect the operation for safety but isn’t fully convinced, PB intimidated it into staying in the room when it was trying alert Skabatha
The kids said that the doll is mean and pokes them with needles when they mess up sewing, Barnabus responded by asking rhetorically how she does it and pokes the doll with his wood cutting tools, initiating combat with the doll (Pincushion) and rug (Rug of Smothering)
They were able to dispatch the rug and doll with minimal issues
The kids introduce themselves as Roff (bugbear) and Wendle (halfling)
Philomena (dwarf girl) busts in the room and says that they need to hurry and they hear Skabatha speaking from the other room
